What an epic day! Anna and John were married at the Parish Church of St Edward the Confessor in Anna’s hometown of Leek last September. The weather was exceedingly kind, meaning we could make a detour on route to the reception and take some photographs around local landmark, “The Winking Man”. The views were simply breathtaking. I love the idea that a place which already holds so many memories for Anna, will now also remind her of those stolen moments on her wedding day.
By the time Anna & John arrived at their reception in their American Pontiac, all their guests were waiting to welcome them with the broadest of smiles. The reception took place at the Devonshire Dome in Buxton, which is a fantastic space. Anna is an architect and throughout the day you couldn’t help but notice all the beautifully handcrafted, architecture-inspired details.
All in all, this was a wonderful wedding and I hope you enjoy looking through the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them…
